Laurel

The Laurel Coffee Table is composed of two pure geometric shapes, an intersecting cone and cylinder, providing distinct surfaces on different levels. The solid, stable cone appears to weightlessly float atop the base, a fusion of form and function. Inspired by the balance of 1950s American architecture, Laurel is split 50:50 between two materials, with stone or hardwood for the cylindrical base, and painted, hand-polished hardboard for the cone.
